Pendant by Jason Takala, Hopi overlay in sterling silver, the design of the longhair kachina and the sun is 14k gold. this pendant is known as the picture frame story. with its square and thick use if silver its a beautiful piece and very fine silver cuts in that bring out the picture

Born in 1955 Shungopavi, Hopi. Some call him "the master of Hopi jewelry." His designs of "man in the maize" has no pattern like most of Hopi artists becuase he draws out the designs then he finely cuts it out. The designs are from his traditional upbring. Hallmark is snow.
