An Arizona native, Jock Favour is well-known for his old-style jewelry that pays tribute to the classic techniques of Native American jewelry-making. Jock achieves the antique look of his jewelry by combining older stones with ingot silver to create heavy and beautiful pieces.

Located near the Royston mine in Lander County, Nevada. The Turquoise from this claim is recognized as Blue Gem or Blue Mountain. The mine was discovered in 1907, by Lew Cirac. This mine has changed hands numerous times, and the color has ranged from the earliest finds of sky-blue stone to later blue greens with a dark brown matrix.
