FAQ
Use a tape measure. Wrap the tape measure around the wrist on which you plan to wear your bracelet. Make a note of the number at the point where the tape meets the 0 and minus 1 inch for the bracelet opening. To ensure the bracelet fits comfortably, add 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch. You can then add or subtract some according to whether you prefer a loose, exact or tight fit. (For example, if your whole wrist measure is 6 inch, minus 1 inch. So the bracelet size will be 5 inch to 5 1/2 inch.
1. The “bracelet size” is all INSIDE MEASUREMENT.
And “opening” is the opening of the bracelet.
“Bracelet size” plus “Opening” should match with your whole wrist size. You can then add or subtract 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch according to whether you prefer a loose, exact or tight fit.
2. Pendant, the “whole size” does NOT include the bail.
We measure top part and inside measurement of bail.
3. Earrings, the “whole size” does NOT include the hook.

Some items we do resize and some we don’t.
To do Ring resize, we do cut and re-solder the back of the shank.
Design -
No stone with plain silver - We CAN! (plus $5)
(*If it has design in the back, it will change depends on how much you will resize.)
One stone with plain silver - We CAN! (plus $10)
Lots of stone (Inlay Style)- We CAN NOT.
Size
For Ring Resizing, 1/2 to 1-1/2 smaller or larger is possible.

We have fixed price, but we do offer some sale several times in the year.
However because our items are High- end and some items are expensive, we have Layaway plan. Layaway is not offered online, it’s only for in-store purchases of phone orders. So please contact us with information of your interest items.
Also, depends on how much you purchase, we sometimes offer special discount starting over $1500 purchase. Please contact us.
