    Born in 1982 in Tuba city, AZ. He is one of youngest, talented artists. He does tufa casting and Inlay work. Each of his pieces and designs are always outstanding and has its own beauty of Navajo culture. In 2014, he won 1st place at the Heard Museum show.

    The Fox Turquoise mine, near Lander County in Nevada was discovered in the early 1900’s. It was once Nevada’s largest producer of turquoise with some half million pounds. This mine has been closed for quite some time. In prehistoric times, indigenous peoples mined turquoise and found large nuggets. It produced a huge quantity of good-quality green or blue-green stone with a distinctive matrix. The Fox mine has also been known as the Cortez mine.
